If you take that step, you must understand that you are now operating under a new set of rules.

Nobody in Dollar Driven Business Land cares how many hours you spend practicing, who your inspirations are, or how brilliantly you compose songs. All that stuff is a big zero in Dollar Driven Business Land. Everyone in Dollar Driven Business Land evaluates things by a single measuring stick (you guessed it): the dollar. If something is going to bring in dollars, they will do it. If it's going to take dollars away, they won't do it.
